Harry Fonseca serves as the Head of Intake at Gray Broughton Injury Law, where he oversees the firm’s intake department.
With nearly a decade of experience in personal injury intake, Harry has built his career around one belief: the client experience begins long before a case reaches an attorney. He has dedicated his career to developing systems that ensure every prospective client receives prompt communication, genuine compassion, and a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the legal process.
In his current role, Harry is responsible for building and leading the firm’s intake operations.
Originally from Managua, Nicaragua, Harry moved to the United States as a child and is fluent in both English and Spanish. His bilingual background allows him to connect with and assist Spanish-speaking families during what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives.
Harry believes that exceptional client service is created through consistency, attention to detail, and treating every person with the respect they deserve. Whether he’s speaking with a new client, developing relationships in the community, or improving the firm’s internal processes, his focus remains the same: making sure people feel heard, informed, and confident that they have the right team beside them.
Outside of the office, Harry enjoys spending time with his wife and son, staying active in the gym, playing golf, and collecting watches.
