Greg O’Halloran is the Director of Prelitigation
Greg O’Halloran serves as the Director of Prelitigation at Gray Broughton Injury Law. Greg graduated law school in New York City in 2001 and began his job search in the city that same fall, immediately following the September 11th attacks. Entering the legal profession and interviewing with little to no experience amidst a period of chaos and grief has left a lasting mark on Greg’s sense of responsibility to his fellow citizens and to the practice of law.
After a little over a year of practicing in New York, Greg relocated his family to Richmond in search of a slower pace of life. He spent the next eight years in public service, working as a Staff Attorney for the House of Delegates Courts of Justice Committee and later as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Richmond, where he represented the Richmond Department of Public Utilities.
For the past 13 years, Greg has dedicated his practice to representing injured persons throughout Virginia. He has secured verdicts in Hampton Roads, Central Virginia, and the Shenandoah Valley, and he has orchestrated multiple settlements exceeding $3,000,000. Greg is highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation, and has handled more than a thousand cases over the course of his career with a praiseworthy record of client satisfaction.
Greg is excited to bring his experience to the Gray Broughton team, and to focus on being an early point of contact for our clients through obtaining the best results while preparing every claim for the potential of trial.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys hiking, golfing, and reading.
