Misty Tyler 

Misty has always been drawn to the work that happens behind the scenes — the planning, organization, and problem-solving that allow great teams to do their best work.  At Gray Broughton Injury Law, that means creating the structure and support that allow our attorneys to focus on what matters most: preparing for trial, serving clients, and growing the firm.

Misty Tyler is an Executive Assistant at Gray Broughton Injury Law, where she provides strategic, operational, and executive support. Through her guidance, the firm achieves efficient execution. Working closely with attorney Sharif Gray, she helps manage priorities, coordinate projects and logistics, support community and business development efforts, and create a foundation that allows for deeper focus on trial preparation, client advocacy, and long-term growth.

Before joining Gray Broughton Injury Law, Misty spent more than 15 years at Capital One, where she served in a range of leadership roles across risk management, operations, compliance, customer experience, and team development. Throughout her career, she led high-performing teams, supported complex business initiatives, and partnered across organizations to improve processes, strengthen accountability, and deliver meaningful results.

Misty is known for her thoughtful leadership, strong relationship-building skills, and calm, solutions-oriented approach. She is passionate about supporting people and is always improving the firm to optimize   both quality and effectiveness. Her background in risk mitigation, strategic communication, cross-functional collaboration, and executive support brings a steady, adaptable, and people-centered foundation to her work at the firm. She takes pride in helping build the operational strength behind the firm’s commitment to serving clients with excellence and care.

Outside of work, Misty enjoys spending time with her Labrador and pursuing her passion for Pilates, including working toward certification as a Pilates instructor.
