Taylor Sproed is a professional trial lawyer
Taylor Sproed is a trial lawyer at Gray Broughton Injury Law where she represents individuals who have been seriously injured. Taylor served nearly 10 years as a U.S. Navy JAG Officer, gaining extensive courtroom experience as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney. During her military career, she prosecuted and defended more than 380 cases.
Taylor learned early in her career that the best way to advocate for her client is to prepare every case as though it will be tried before a jury. As a prosecutor, she handled serious criminal cases from investigation through trial. As a defense attorney, she challenged the government’s evidence, identified flaws in its case, and fought for her clients when the stakes were at their highest. That experience gives Taylor a perspective that few trial lawyers possess. She understands how an opposing attorney evaluates a case and what it takes to persuade a jury.
Taylor earned her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law, where she competed on the National Moot Court Team and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. She interned with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and at a domestic violence legal clinic, experiences that strengthened her commitment to serving clients and advocating for those who have suffered hardship.
Taylor is married to a youth soccer coach, and together they have a son. She enjoys hiking and traveling with her family, reading fiction, and baking.
