Which Virginia Beach court would hear the case?
Virginia Beach Circuit Court and General District Court both list 2425 Nimmo Parkway. The circuit clerk lists buildings 10 and 10B, third floor.
For ordinary injury suits, general district court jurisdiction is exclusive through $4,500 and shared with circuit court above $4,500 through $50,000, excluding interest and attorney fees.
